Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

To ensure I can provide the very best service to all of my clients, please review the policy regarding appointment changes:


  • 48-Hour Notice Required: I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me sufficient time to offer the slot to another client.   
  • Late Cancellation Fee (Less than 48 hours): If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s) will be charged.
  • No-Show / Very Late Cancellation Fee (Within 2 hours): Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment or cancelling within 2 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge equal to 100% of the booked service(s).
  • Settlement for Future Bookings: Please be aware that any outstanding fees incurred due to late cancellations or no-shows must be paid in full before any new appointments can be booked.
